Shipping Policy:

We are free shipping (EMS)to Target Country like American, Spain, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Austrilia and other much country. The shipping of the items is online traceable.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.
All delivery items will be sent by the parcel force "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Boots will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your Boots will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please provide us with detailed street address for the shippingŁ¬We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.
Shipping in two business days once the payment was cleared and usually 9-12days for delivery, NO overnight shipping.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Return & Exchange:

For Return: If you want to return your items, please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us at first to obtain the return address. The postage cost is not reimbursed. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after we receiving the returns. The 19 USD shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. Please send back the returns by insured airmail; we will not be responsible for any loss and damage of return shipments.

For Exchange: Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Please contact us at first to obtain the return address; we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first via email. Please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any lose during the shipment, we suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
